The Gecko Maths finals took place yesterday, 6th March, featuring 12 teams from Year 7, along with two teams each from Glenealy, the Peak, and Beacon Hill. All teams collaborated well and enjoyed the challenges of the tournament, making it a great success.
In the end, the winners were Rutherford Team 3 from 7RT, consisting of Myla Bernard, Yoojin Jeong, Alex Lee, and William Lee. Beacon Hill Team 2 secured 2nd place, narrowly beating Wilberforce Team 7 from 7WD, which included Hailey Chan, Miyo Hisaki, Curtis Kwan, and Jason Yu.
