This week on June 16th, Island School started on a truly magical note with an inspiring visit from four Cirque Du Soleil performers! The event was a resounding success, filling the room with energy, excitement, and thoughtful reflections on the profound value of the Arts.
Students and staff alike were captivated by the showcase of talent and the subsequent Q&A panel. The discussion highlighted how the arts aren't just for artists; they serve as a powerful springboard for innovative and creative thinking across all academic fields. More than that, they offer unique avenues for self-discovery, emotional expression, and fostering a deeper understanding of ourselves and the world around us.
