On Wednesday September 10th world renowned Performance poet Mark Grist created an interactive poetry workshop for all of our Year 9 students. The students performed a rap battle as the characters Macbeth and Lady Macbeth in front of the whole year group. This really helped to complement their studies in English as we are currently studying the play Macbeth.
It was a terrific day and there were some brilliant performances. Well done Year 9 Islanders!
