This week, from April 20th to 24th, the English Committee and English Department hosted the much-anticipated Book Week celebrations across the school. Students and staff came together to celebrate the joy of reading through a variety of engaging activities, including:

Door decorating competition

Interhouse spelling bee

Book-themed competitions in the library
The highlight of the week was undoubtedly the whole school dress-up day on Friday, April 24th, where students arrived dressed as their favourite book characters. Teachers took part in the annual teacher dress parade competition, where the Science Department won with their adaptation of Dune — a fantastic celebration of literature and imagination.
