This past week, ECHOUSE_CUTZ—a student-led mobile barbering charity founded by Alex Wong (11ES)—partnered with the Love 21 Foundation to host a dedicated pop-up event serving Hong Kong's neurodiverse community. Operating their mobile setup on-site, Founder Alex Wong (11ES) provided 6 professional haircuts, while Media Lead Keaton Yuen (11NC) documented the community impact, and Operations Manager Richard Ji (11FV) managed the venture's data logging.
Alex reflected "Navigating constant physical movement and high-sensory environments required immense patience and precision with our tools, making it a true test of our adaptability. Ultimately, earning their trust and seeing their immediate boost in confidence made it our most impactful pop-up yet".
