Student Reference and Transcript Requests
We understand that there are times when students require a reference or transcript from Island School to support an application to another school or perhaps for a programme such as summer school.
To maintain the authenticity of references and uphold the integrity of Island School’s transcripts, we follow a standard protocol that involves providing references exclusively to educational institutions rather than individual families. This practice ensures that future recipients can have full confidence in the accuracy and reliability of the information contained in our school-produced references and transcripts.
Students requiring a reference for application to schools or other reasons can request this from their Head of Year 7-9 or Head of House 10-13. The process will take at least ten working days.
Please note that this Student Reference Form does not apply for university or higher education applications (which follows a separate process).

Student Withdrawal
If your child is going to withdraw from the school, please complete and submit the Student Withdrawal Form via the ESF App at least one calendar month before the last attendance date.
If you are withdrawing your child at the end of this academic year, please complete and submit the Student Withdrawal Form via the ESF App on or before 1 June. Otherwise, we will assume that your child is returning after summer and parents are liable to the tuition fees for September even if the student does not return to school.
