On the March 25th, the Social Action and Connected Communities committees visited Mother’s Choice to present them with a donation on behalf of the Nicola and Kenneth Bursaries.
During the visit, representatives of the committees were able to learn more about the history of Mother’s Choice and the value they see in collaborating with community members to make a difference in society.
We were also deeply touched by the stories that they shared with us with regards to how they embarked on their journey with Mother’s Choice, always keeping in mind their mission of “Every child in a loving home”.
Looking forward, we hope to continue our tight-knit relationship with Mother’s Choice and provide more opportunities for students to further collaborate with them. We can’t wait to see what the future holds!
