Nina Gunson is a dynamic and visionary school leader who cares passionately about delivering high-quality education and enabling young people to realise their full potential.
A graduate in Molecular Biology, Nina also holds an MSc in Multimedia and E-Learning, as well as her teaching and headteacher qualifications. Much of her career has been in the UK, where she gained extensive experience in educational and strategic leadership, both as a Senior Leader and a School Governor.
Nina speaks regularly on topics including building partnerships, sustainability, classroom innovation, and STEM education. She is committed to fostering an engaging, future-focused learning environment at Island School, supporting each student to achieve excellence and develop a global mindedness that enables them to understand and engage meaningfully with the world around them.
