Andy received her PhD in Cognitive Psychology and Artificial Intelligence from Edinburgh University and worked as a research fellow at the Centre for Speech Technology Research until she came to Hong Kong in 1989. Initially she managed a consulting group for Ernst & Young (EY), then worked in a regional in-house role for Goldman Sachs before establishing her own executive coaching practice in 2002. Over the last 10 years she has served on various ESF bodies, including: as chair of Glenealy School Council, as a member of the Board of ESF and as a member of Island School’s PTA. She has two children, both of whom attended Island School, and actively supports underserved communities in Hong Kong.

Nina is a dynamic and visionary school leader, bringing a wealth of extensive educational leadership experience from the UK. She cares passionately about delivering high-quality education and enabling young people to realise their full potential, through the fostering of an engaging, future-focused learning environment at Island School.

Mary Lacey-Vittachi began teaching at Island School in 1987, during the principalship of Mr Colin Niven. There was a brief sojourn with Shatin College and she returned to Island School in 1992, where she has taught English and Drama; she is in her final year as one of the Senior Heads of DaVinci House. She is married to Nury Vittachi and they have 3 adopted Chinese children.

Soundari Mukherjea runs a Leadership Consultancy focusing on Business Storytelling, Culture Building, Personal Branding and Future Work Skills, helping leaders and teams drive business outcomes and be more human at work. With over 30 years of experience in the areas of Finance, Operations, Banking and Entrepreneurship in Hong Kong, Middle East and India, she has an insider's view on the challenges that organisations and teams face.

She is a Visiting Faculty; Member, HBR Advisory Council; ExCo member, EMPOWER; Director, LRC Charitable Foundation; Mentor - Global Women Connect, Aspire For Her, VLookUp etc.

She is also a parent to two Island School Alumni and has been part of the Island School PTA.
